I'm twelve and i'm pretty sure that i'm part of this "next generation" and i disagree with all the choices. so its not fully true. but don't ask me, i don't know what fucking retards picked these choices there all stupid. if i had to pick it would be Emma Watson, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows part 2, LMFAO, and Bruno Mars.

Ew... If I had to choose I'd say- Emma Watson, Harry Potter, then none, and none. Take me back to the 80s when they played the best rock music ever. Now we listen to LMFAO who can't sing, and other bands who are full of autotune. And I'm 14 and part of this generation. There are only few great bands nowadays, and somehow they're never played on the radio as much as these horrible bands.
WHO GIVES A FLYING FUCK?! It's the KIDS fucking choice awards. KIDS choose this stuff. All the people on the internet ever do is bitch and moan about how kids don't act their age now at days but then they bitch and moan about things that ARE kid friendly that kids are supposed to like (TV shows, movies, music etc.)
Take a look at the things selected in the comic. Apart from Kirsten Stewart (and arguably Alvin and the Chipmunks) all of the things selected were the most kid friendly choices. Those are things kids are supposed to like people. Let them like it.
Another thing, so fucking what Harry Potter related things didn't win in their categories, people on the internet care WAY too much about the HP series; they are great movies and books but they are quite over rated. Also. I'm not a fan of Kirsten Stewart or Twilight but give it a rest... Twilight jokes and Kirsten Stewart jokes are so unoriginal and overused it's not even funny.
No one's going to listen to me so why bother, this is a stupid rant anyway.

I am part of the current generation and I hate all of the ones that were selected. Plus some of the other ones. I am a teenager who hates rap and hip-hop, loves hard rock and country music. I am a nerd, a multi-instrumentalist, I read a lot of books and so far I've read 4 series that have been or will be made into movies. See, not all of us have no common sense or bad tastes
